Making your Purchases

Simply browse our product pages and click on the 'Add to Cart' button for any items you wish to purchase.

When you have completed your selection click on 'Check Out' to complete your purchase.

The 'Check Out' button appears on the PayPal page which is displayed whenever you click on 'Add to Cart' or 'View Cart'.

PayPal will ask for a few details that we must have to make sure you receive your order quickly and efficiently.

Method of Payment

We accept credit/debit card payments via PayPal.

Shipping and handling

We only supply to the UK - including the Isle of Wight.

All orders are subject to a shipping and handling charge of £10.00 (this amount is subject to change Gosport Boiler & Heating Spares Ltd.'s discretion.) *.

Carriage is normally by Parcelforce or City-Link but, depending on the type of goods being delivered, another carrier may be used.

Delivery

All orders received before 3pm will be dispatched the same day except for Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays.

Standard delivery is usually the next working day.

Express delivery is guaranteed next day by the time stated on your selection.

All orders received after 3pm will be dispatched next working day.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will always advise you as you may wish to cancel your order.

Tax Charges

For orders supplied in the UK 17.5% VAT is added.

Returns Policy

There is a 48 hour 'no quibble' cancellation period after the receipt of goods providing they are in a re-saleable condition. Notice of cancellation must be in writing and can be e-mailed. Refunds will be made within 30 days. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
